2018 JAMESTOWN MUNICIPAL ELECTION

PUBLIC NOTICE

OF THE TOWN OF JAMESTOWN REGULAR MAIL BALLOT ELECTION

TUESDAY, APRIL 3, 2018

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town of Jamestown will hold its regular election on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, as a mail ballot election.  To vote in this election, a voter must be 18 years of age, a resident of Colorado and the Town of Jamestown, a U.S. citizen and registered to vote.

The election is being held to elect six Trustees and one Mayor.

CANDIDATES FOR MAYOR

The electors who have registered to vote will receive a Mail-In Ballot.  Ballots will be mailed on March 12, 2018.  All ballots must be received, either by mail or in person to Jamestown Town Hall no later than 7 p.m. on April 3, 2018.

BALLOT DROP OFF AND PICK UP (FOR LATE REGISTRATIONS):

BALLOTS CAN BE DROPPED OFF IN THE MAIL IN THE TOWN HALL OFFICE DOOR

IF you registered on or after April 12th and HAVE NOT received a ballot – Please call:

303-440-0325 to make arrangements to pick up a ballot from Fri. March 23rd through Fri. March 30th.

Or starting Monday morning, April 2nd, call or visit the Town Hall to pick up a ballot.

Ballots will be available until 7:00 p.m. on Election Day, Tues. Apr. 3rd.
