The Jamestown Water Operations Team is pleased to announce that we are now able to take payments online. By working with the State of Colorado Internet Portal Authority on their secured servers, you can click on the link above to make your payment to directly to Jamestown Water Operations either by e-check or credit card. Credit cards accepted are American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.
Use the Dropdown menu to select your bathroom billing rate (1 bathroom, 2 bathroom, etc.) or select “other amount” to enter a different amount due.
NOTE: A portal administration fee for credit card payments or electronic check payments will be charged and retained by the Colorado Internet Portal Authority not Jamestown Water Operations.
An administration fee of $1 will be charged for payments made using an electronic check regardless of the amount.
The administration fee for credit cards would be calculated as follows: the amount of the (payment + $.75 x 2.25%), example for a payment of $10.00: ($10 + $.75) x 2.25% = $10.75 x 2.25% = $.24, $10.75 + $.24 =$10.99. Your card would be charged $10.99 for the transaction.
Water bills are sent out December 20, March 20, June 20 and September 20 and payment is due on the first of the following month. Pay online or drop off a check at the town office (mail slot available).
